Gary Naylor, Farms Director, Worth Farms Ltd
This meeting is freely open to all friends and relatives of South Holland Growers Club members.
Completing an agricultural apprenticeship with Lincs College of Agriculture in the early 80s, Gary travelled to Saskatchewan in 1982 to gain harvest experience before returning to pursue a career in agricultural management. Starting at A H Worth in 1984 as a trainee manager, Gary took full responsibility for the Fleet Estate in 1989 and today is Farms Director for Worth Farms Limited, which operates on in excess of 1800ha. He was also priveleged to be a Nuffield Scholar, taking time to study "Precision Agriculture" in the USA in 1999.
Gary acknowledges that photography has taken up more of his time recently. He will explain how Gary Naylor Photography started and just why it takes up so much of his spare time.
