THE CURRENT ECONOMIC SITUATION
Rhys Herbert, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets
Rhys Herbert is a Senior Sector Economist with Lloyds Corporate Markets, whose role is to provide research and analysis on a range of industries that are most important to the UK and global economies. Prior to joining Lloyds, Rhys headed the industry forecasting service at Oxford Economics. He has also worked at the Office for National Statistics, Prudential Assurance Corporation, Credit Lyonnais Bank, and the National Institute of Economic and Social Research.
Rhys will cover the core important areas of the Current economic climate, Interest rates, and the Euro. However, given the volatile nature of the present situation, things, by definition, can change quickly, so whatever happens between going to press and the date of the meeting, the subject matter will be relevant.
