Melvyn Kay, Agricultural Water Management Consultant, RTCS Limited.
As executive secretary of the UK Irrigation Association, Melvyn Kay has unparalleled experience in the field of water management and irrigation engineering. He is a joint recipient of the 2010 Watsave Technology award for the promotion of on-farm reservoirs in the UK. In addition, he has worked for several national and international organisations both as an engineer and latterly in the area of networking and knowledge transfer. He is a technical writer and editor of publications dealing with international development through his company RTCS Ltd.
